Album Art Exchange Comment

I found this fascinating quote today:

Extreme Craft

Extreme Craft

I was thrilled to open the email from Garth Johnson, author of the book 1000 Ideas for Creative Reuse. Our Recycled Album Art Coasters was chosen as one of the ideas for his new book. It will be available in the United States the first of November. It will be available internationally later in the year.
Here is a link for the book publisher, Quarry Books

Can't wait to see all the creative ideas from other crafters.

Who We Are

My photo
We are a middle aged couple that are creative and lovers of music. Hubby and I have been married for 32 years. When we met I was the Traffic Manager at a new FM Rock Radio Station. This was back in the day when there was ‘live’ broadcasting. Hence I have very fond memories of music from the mid 70’s. I have a wicked sense of humor and exercised it regularly with the DJ’s. Back in the day, hubby had an extensive music library and very protective of his collection. Through the years that we raised our children the music collection gathered dust. Our lives were busy with ball games, scouts, PTA’s, advocating for children’s mental health rights and making a living. Fast forward 31 years and presto we are empty nesters. Hubby is now a self-employed master furniture / cabinet maker. I work full time for a Kansas Community Mental Health Center, building a program for parents of children with a mental health disorder.
